the right posture.

taking your eyes off the screen every 20 minutes while using the computer and
looking at something 20 meters away also brings relief to the eyes. The focal

muscles are pulled and pain occurs. It is possible to avoid that situation by
closing the eyes several times and dancing the eye ball clockwise or
counter-clockwise.

conditions arise not only because of the use of computers. Due to the use of
mobile phones, the eye has a high ability to prevent these diseases. Be more
careful when using mobile phones especially in the dark.
