what was the reason the challenger exploded? and where did they find the wreckage?

The Challenger space shuttle disaster occurred 73 seconds after the 10th launch of the Challenger space shuttle by NASA.

The space shuttle exploded over the Atlantic on January 28, 1986, killing all seven on board.

The solid rocket booster (SRB) on the right side was not functioning properly, the fire spread to the external fuel tank and the aircraft started to be destroyed gradually.

The passenger compartment and other parts of the space shuttle were found at the bottom of the Atlantic Ocean after a swap.

This destruction was the talk of the whole world at that time.
